Travel Plan
DAY 1
Arrival at la Palma
We pick you up at the airport and drive to Santa Cruz de la Palma, where we will stay for the whole trip. Visit to the capital of the island.
DAY 2
The depths of la Caldera
We approach the interior of the Caldera de Taburiente, National Park. We will follow a beautiful downhill route from Los Brecitos to the depths of the Caldera, with the option of bathing in one of its spectacular pools.
DAY 3
ROQUE DE LOS MUCHACHOS
We will visit the Caldera from another point of view, from the Roque de los Muchachos. Opportunity to take a short walk around the area and visit the Astronomical Observatory. Did you know that the island is regulated to prevent light pollution?
DAY 4
VOLCANOES HIKING
Get your camera ready, although there are some things that a camera cannot reproduce. We will do the famous Volcanoes route. It is the longest route of the whole trip, but the views along the way will be well worth it.
DAY 5
Laurisilva in La Palma
We are going to the north of the island, to the Marcos and Cordero springs. A paradise of laurel forest, water and greenery all around you. Of course, the beautiful island is an island of contrasts.
DAY 6
A VERY SPECIAL VILLAGE
We will take one of the most special routes of the trip, to visit Porís de Candelaria. A small village embedded in the middle of a cliff.
DAY 7
VOLCANOES AND BEACHES
We end the trip with two of the island’s main features. The Teneguía volcano, which erupted in the 1970s, is a wonderful combination with the coast and the lighthouse of Fuencaliente.
DAY 8
Back home
It’s time to say goodbye to La Palma, an island of hiking, volcanoes, nature and exuberant beauty. Transfer to the airport.
